      • Keep up the daily exercise. Even a simple walk around the block once a day can help you stay healthy.
      • Minimize stress. While this can be difficult during the busy end of the year, it’s important to take some time for yourself throughout the day and keep your mental health in shape.
      • If you are sick, stay home and rest. Rest can help you feel better and will minimize the spread of illness to others.
      • If you are hosting a holiday gathering, encourage sick loved ones to stay home and use a video app to attend the gathering virtually and stay connected.
